A click rate does not summarise an exercise. Message content, timing and known instructions influence reactions. Examine reporting, time to report and the team response too. Comparisons only make sense under sufficiently similar conditions.
Prepare follow-up support
Plan clear feedback and awareness work suited to the difficulties observed. The exercise should improve practices rather than merely produce a number. Agree who receives the report and what action is expected after the simulation.
